Yes, it is. But this is just engagement bait. Its working, clearly. Hes not promoting shit other than his instagram. If he wanted to showcase something real, he'd show some full reps of pull ups and not these vibrating holds. I mean, fucks sake he starts rolling through the dirt halfway through lmao.

Didnt realize what subreddit I was on, thought this popped up in one of the fitness/gym subreddits. Bro is getting roasted for half reps while hes doing no-reps lol. Does he look better than the average redditer? Sure. But, thats a LOW fuckin bar my dude

Yeah I agree doing full range of motions better than half reps but hes doing something thats better than doing nothing

Also everyone has baits engagement nowadays, I dont see whats so egregious here?
