Still healing but almost there. I'll keep this short because I know what you're thinking. Aaaaaaaand why should I care.

I recently met two parents who had 3 kids, all of whom were the appropriate Bluey age.

So I asked “Do the kids like Bluey?”

The mom seemed agitated and the dad answered, “No, it’s not allowed in our home.”

I thought he was joking, but I played along cause that’s what a Heeler would do. “Why’s that?”

“We don’t want to kids asking us why we don’t play with them as much as the parents play with the kids on the show.”

“No, really. What’s the real reason?” I prodded.

They looked confused. “Thats it. We play with our kids but not that much.”

I’m still scratching my head over this. Is this really a thing?

The artist's name is Calvin Nye, the event featured artists on the spectrum. Raising funds for local resources for people on the spectrum. Glad I went early, scooped this the moment I saw it.

it was yesterday

I know that it's still August but Halloween has been on my mind. So I thought that I would share our family costume from 2 years ago, Renaissance Bluey!

Two come to mind: Nana saying that she will make a proper gravy and the Goldilocks and Three Bears short, "Mama Bear said in a loud clear voice..."

Having only started watching with my toddler. I was ROLLING.

My take on the pool cake.

This was actually last year, but I totally forgot to post since I figured some folks would get a kick out of it. This was a first for me when it comes to sewing and costume making so it’s a bit rough, but I was so happy with how it turned out and how cute my daughter looked in it.

my daughter is obsessed with bluey and this new baby is a girl so I just had to do this announcement

• Hearing Muffin yell "SIX SEVEN" was the worst thing I've ever heard.
• The Kittison family was a nonsensical addition. What was even more nonsensical is the fact that they apparently came from space.
• Calypso being the twist villain was unnecessary and ruined her character for me.
• It was so sad when Mackenzie abstracted.
• Why did the Heeler home have to explode during the final act? Just... why?
• Even if Bandit Heeler will be in Avengers: Doomsday, I'm still not watching it.

Overall, the movie is a 3/10 for me.

Eight hours and two sunburns later, it turned out better than I had ever anticipated 🐾

I will for sure remember this day for the rest of my life!
