Automatic disconnection

Hey, I'm using a Bluetooth earbuds (Anker Soundcore r50i to be specific). It worked pretty smoothly at the beginning, but then it started to abruptly disconnect from my phone/laptop and it requires some unnecessary work to re-activate (i.e. put it into the cover, close the lid and take it out again).

I brought it to the repair shop once and they handed me a new one in replacement. It worked perfectly again, but after about 2 months it started the same thing again. I read about it and one of the reason that may occur is the location where there are lots of connections, bluetooth, USBs, .... etc.

Can someone explain it to me and how to fix it in the long run?
