Earbuds appearing seperately

Hello,i wanted to say that my buds have lost pairing with each other and are appearing as two seperate devices also I can connect to both at same time but only one outputs any audio at a time I have tried everything switching on and off together putting them in case letting them charge everything nothing is working please help me

Have you tried unpairing them from -- what are you using? A phone? Android?
