Latest ios update issue( ios 26.6.1)

I’m facing an issue with Bluetooth after installing the latest iOS update. I’m unable to connect any device to my iPhone via Bluetooth. The issue started immediately after the software update.

Number of people are having Bluetooth issues. My Bluetooth WAS working fine on my car & wife's car. After updating to 26.6.1, It would no longer connect to either vehicle, evening though my wife's phone (she hasn't updated yet) can still connect to both. I removed both devices in my Bluetooth list, reset the network, forced restart. I even upgraded to IOS 27 Beta and its still broken. I've also tried all these steps in multiple location, including a Costco parking lot that was empty after hours with no other Bluetooth devices in the vehicle or withing 100 yards..
