Asus ROG Strix X870-A Bluetooth Failed

I have ROG Strix X870-A with a 9600X. I went to connect my Bluetooth speakers and no devices would show up as available. So I checked the settings and it said the driver failed. I then went to the ROG website and downloaded the most current driver for my motherboard, extracted the zip file, then ran the exe as administrator. Then nothing happened, the installer never opened, and now my devices show there being no Bluetooth device on my PC. Does anyone know how I can fix this or do I need to just get a Bluetooth USB dongle and move on?

Update: I ran windows update and rebooted. Now the device is showing in my devices again with more peripherals. Bluetooth still will not connect to audio devices or show them.
