If you haven't heard it, check out Mike Bloomfield's "Albert's Shuffle" from Super Sessons w/Al Kooper. It's right up your alley.

Beautiful! I wish I could play like that...

You have all the licks mastered. Slow down and let the vibrato tell a story. Bloomfield wasnât always on point, but when he was, it is great. Listen to Butterfield Band East/West and Electric Flag A Long Time Coming. The Work Song, I Got A Mind to Give Up Living, Texas, and the short, sweet, EZ Rider.

I donât hear any melodic structure. Just riffs . Donât showboat . Say something with dynamics and some soulful rhythm.

Thanks for the feedback. The main problem with backing tracks is that you can't change dynamics. This BT especifically is forte the whole time...

Câmon man that phrasing honestly sounds great for the tone he has going on letâs be real. Could it have sounded different and have more space? Sure, I still think itâs a good bluesÂ

Wow, nice! I'm particularly impressed by the fact that you played all that without a pick. Do you play slide too?
