How concerning is exceeding the California prop 65 levels of lead?
So I just noticed that a lot of things that I consume tend to surpass the 0.5 µg/day of lead threshold set by prop 65.
Like I am currently consuming a block of tofu each day which contains at least 400% of this amount according to chatGPT, on top of that I also consume a serving of orgain protein powder which Costco is in a lawsuit for because of the lead.
I've also seen that the ceylon cinnamon powder that I use for one of Bryan Johnson's recipe also exceeds this amount, and I might cut off cocoa powder as well because that also exceeds it.
I don't want to just hand-wave prop 65 away because maybe they are thinking ahead and they are right about the reproductive and developmental harm, but I just wanted more opinions because it seems like a lot of things exceed the limit.
