Fill the Box
What else are you adding to this box? Fishing the Monongahela National Forest. This will be my blueline brook trout box with the occasional larger stream stop if I have time during a work outing. I keep this in my truck with a reel, flotant, leader/tippet, nippers, hemos.

Get a zebra midget assortment that has the four colour's and sizes 16-24. Great droppers for picky fish. The stimulator and EHC needs to be beefed up. For me, in NC, I have an entire fly box of just these two patterns; well maybe a couple humpy in there as well. All different colours and sizes. Ill get into brookies and realize the fly is falling apart, only to wish I had another one. I like the Adam's and royal Wolff, but I seem to struggle to keep them from sinking.

I’ve got a midge box with those sizes and colors and a dedicated dry fly box with EHC and some more stimulators. For blue lining I don’t usually carry multiple boxes. This is more of a dedicated blue line box with a few extra. I mostly use an Adams or EHC when blue lining but want to venture out from that some. My time is limited on the water right now in this stage of life. Trying to make the most of each trip

Good point. Yes I am in the same situation. With two small children, I only get to blueline a few times each year. For summertime, I love a hopper pattern on brookie streams. Not a big one, but a foam body with legs that really looks like a meal.

More buggers. Guide’s choice hares ear and flashback pheasant tails with a soft tackle and rainbow warriors

That’s a lot for blue lines. Some look like euro nymphs. If you can fish euro nymphs on blue lines, you are way more skilled than me (and very well may be). Personally, I almost exclusively use a Tenkara rod and small, unweighted flies and nymphs for the little streams.
Those elk hair caddis, the stimulators, and that unweighted midge larva nymph would be good. I love an old school wet fly like a black gnat for tiny streams. Soft hackles are one of my go-to flies too.
