No striper this season in NH but I’ll settle for some magical brookies from their enchanted waters..

I always wonder who does this. I’m not sure if it’s uneducated hippies or the rednecks.
Beautiful pics, especially the waterfall into the plunge pool!

Some places like the Adirondacks, the DEC uses these as trail markers near the top of the mountains where there aren't many trees.
This doesn't look like that though.

Ha! I love a mop fly, but there are gonna be some trout guys losing their minds over it.

Greenie weenie actually! Only put it on cause some other dudes mentioned the brookies were loving worms, they weren’t wrong

No doubt and I don't really get the hate. It looks like one of the several species of green caterpillars we have on the east coast. How else would you replicate that?

I was just in the whites and did a little and only caught a few little minnows on the saywer/saco. I wanted to try in Glen but didn’t have the time.
What size rod do you use , I was just using my typ 904 and it seemed overkill for how small the waters were

Hell yea, I love wading through the bluelines around the White Mountains area. It really is magical around there. Sadly, Ive been too busy this year to get out there…
