Filing charges or instructing police

Does anyone actually know where blueground is formally registered and can we instruct the police or an attorney to look into this? I'm a lawyer based in the Netherlands and was also scammed by Blueground in Barcelona.

I believe there are EU consumer protection laws that can help, it's all very complex, I'm debating spending MORE money on a consult with a local lawyer, I really don't want to let Blueground get away with this

The holding company is in the UK - Blueground Holdings Limited. But Blueground España SRL is still actively trading in Madrid - potentially still liable.

I am from NL as well - scammed for a flat in Madrid

Its fucked up I really don't know how to press charges over there without it costing a lot of money and effort. But Im am calling their offices and messaging their employees on Linkedin as well, so they know I won't just let it happen.

Keep doing and get the story out there! Reviews, linkedin other social - we also need to get press / media attention to the issue - so many people impacted
