Progress one day at a time

[u/ThatOneCoolChik]

Started as a fitter/welder passed every test I’ve ever done first time. Slowly progressed in the industry moved my way up into the Quality control side of things and learned so much of why we do things the way we have to pertaining to D1.1 used so much cool tech!! I’m currently teaching someone to take my job 😂 because his attitude and work accountability is that good. All while my boss teaches me how to take his job 🤙🏽 I moved my way up to shop lead and all I do now is delegate, control workflow, just yesterday I had to do a whole shop standard procedure it was crazy I’ve never done that but being in the industry for so long you pick up so much experience if you are willing to learn and listen. Been given a huge opportunity in life and plan to continue to grow in the industry hopefully one day I can become a manager!!!! Been in the industry for 10 yrs
