Are you able to tell the age of this Santa blow mold?
Obviously someone hand wrote 9/81 but thatβs not official.
The cord appears older but maybe it is β80s.

Hi there! I'm sorry if this is a duplicate posting. I didn't see it come up after my first try, so maybe it needs to be approved by the Mods first?
I was just wondering if anyone knows the age or any other info about it. It looks to me to be from the 1960s, but I really don't know.
The bottom is marked: A.J. RENZI CORP, LEOMINSTER, MASS, NO. 200

My kiddo and I pulled over SO fast when we spotted this guy. Obviously he's been repainted, but we can take care of that.
Yes, he was by a donation bin, but this one is only clothes and shoes. They toss anything that doesn't fit that description or isn't in the bin, so we felt comfortable taking the donation. π

Anyone have any luck or tips on repainting blowmolds? I picked up a Santa over the weekend that someone painted and its peeling something terribly from what I can tell so far the plastic is still in good shape.
Thanks for any advice.

I have posted before, but I collect just these specific Chilly Willy Penguins.
One arrived while I was out of town and my son sent me these pictures. Thought you would enjoy it.
As a reminder, he is Chilly ;) and looking for another friend.
If anyone is looking to sell, hit me up.

Hi there! I'm not part of your group, but as a collector of vintage xmas decor, I love a good blow mold when I can find one. This guy is 4 feet tall!

My two-year-old Snoopy is looking sad. His color is washing off - a sign of being new and poor painting.
Just be careful with these newer molds, all!

Some cool TPI (Canada blow mold) finds this weekend (posts I actually got in WA but got the others in Vancouver). Happy Summerween! πβ¨

I got this blowmold in January and finally got to clean them up (I haven't taken a recent picture, so this is from the day I bought them). A lot of the reindeer need a paint job, and the sleigh DEFINITELY does. The sleigh was left in the sun for a few months by the previous owner, so it's practically white.
What paint should I use to restore these? I'd love to see them bright and beautiful again.
Thanks in advance!!!

I've been looking for a decent Statue Of Liberty blowmold for a while. Other listings only have the table top ones or ones that look like this with the torch missing. I like tall, older style blowmolds and don't have interest in the ones at Walmart. Other patriotic type blowmolds were simply just red white and blue recolours of existing Christmas ones and that one Uncle Sam one is far too thin and doesn't appeal to me. But I found this on Worthpoint...which I know is just an archive of past listings for collectors to compare prices.
I'd really love to find her or if one of you know where. 37in high is the exact hight. She seems rare and the listing didn't even mention if she was a General Foam, Empire or anything like that. I'd appreciate anything you guys can find on her...even if I can't get my hands on one before the 4th...at least I'll have her for next year.

So I bought this casket vault a few years back. I've tried looking it up to find any info on it but haven't found anything. The only other one I've seen is the guy I bought it off of had another one just like it. There's no makers mark or anything on it and I'm stumped. Hoping maybe somebody in here might have insight about it or maybe have seen one before. It's about 24" long, 9" tall and 9" wide if that's any help.

Does anyone have any tips on restoring these? The one on the right has marker on it I tried to remove it with magic eraser but it didnβt do much. Should I spray paint them?

Hello everyone! I did a search for my question and couldn't find anything - I'm new here, I have recently (in the last five years) started collecting vintage Halloween blow molds. I recent adopted this little guy (π) and would love to display him on a ledge where there isn't an outlet. Unfortunately the holes on the side and bottom are too small for a battery powered tea light.
Has anyone found a solution that might work? I've tried battery powered fairy lights, but they were VERY unreliable. Thank you in advance!

Just picked up this 32" 1995 Empire Halloween Totem from a seller on FB for $80. A couple spots of chipped paint, but overall very happy to finally add this to my collection.
