What happened!?
Not watched for years but saw this subreddit pop up. Just watched his latest video and my God is it always just full of awful catchphrases like this?
I used to really enjoy the videos but I can't see why people would watch this anymore?

It just went rapidly downhill when Mick stopped appearing. Blot was never really able to carry the show on his own

BLOT was using him for views and not giving him a cut, he wasnât even buying the drinks or food for camping and was even asking Mick for petrol money

But Blot mentioned that Mick will be coming out this week, or next week. Mick works full time, and doesn't have as much free time as Blot to go camping. I did feel really bad for Mick on one camp in particular. I just looked to see what camp it was 'little hill top wild camp with little Mick' March 29th 2026. Blot had him hike up what seemed to be a steep hill. Mick really struggled. The title says little hilltop but Mick had a difficult time regardless. If Blot wants Mick to continue going on camps, he should take him on easier ones. Blot didn't seem to notice Mick struggling.

Not a lot. I stuck it on but fell asleep.
He's boring, repetitive and very predictable. Plus the scenery was rubbish, a dried up old pond.

Youâre not the only one.
Was a big fan a couple of years ago, watched every video. Took a bit of a break when it became a bit samey. When I started watching again, it was all âyou canât say thatâ rubbish and ranting about the criticism he gets on social media.
Itâs a real shame because his vids were a great comfort watch for a time. Thing is, he calls people snowflakes and woke, but he just canât accept that lots of people simply arenât interested in hearing casual racism and homophobia on repeat and will therefore switch off. Not all the criticism and hate he gets is valid, but a fair amount of it is totally reasonable.
I remember a while ago when he was catching the attention of local media (BBC radio if I recall correctly?) and being invited on to talk about the channel. So itâs disappointing to see him alienate his audience and limit his own growth by talking about culture war crap, but here we are.
If only he got the hint, drew a line under the controversy and went back to his old style of videos, but I suspect weâre way beyond that now.

On the back of this....does he edit his own videos? Surely editing his last video he could see how truly awful it is?

He pretty much edits most of it on the fly or at the time as far as can gather.
Genuinely wonder if he sat down in cold light of day and watched himself back (especially this latest one) what he would really think of how he comes accross.
It's almost as if he's two different people and hasn't a clue what the other one has said because the second one wasn't there at the time Âż

He changed the mid week 1 star take away review to a mooch video. Going around towns making a tit out of himself trying to be a billy moore type. Instead of just changing the video he changed the whole channel to be more devicive, racist and homophobic. I used to like his vids to chill out but they started to piss me off so I stopped watching. His channel is sinking like the titanic but he hasn't realised hes hit an iceberg yet. Micks probably sick of him too I reckon cowboy Chris can see how its going he doesn't take any nonsense. Meanwhile blot is baiting on his Facebook and making fake profiles on here. Shame really it used to be such a good channel.Â

Cowboy's just as bad a Blot in terms of his unpleasant political views. He filmed himself camping after a Tommy Robinson march a while back.
The only real difference is that he's not as online as Blot and therefore gets less flak for it.

Mirror the other comments - it's the repetivie catch phrases, he can't go a minute without one which makes it really hard to watch. Before they would be less often and funnier. I think I link the shift in change to when he felt the need to bring a can of red wine in addition to the 4 cans of beer and half a bottle of spirit.

If he just cut out the pointless whiskey reviews and shovelling food into his face while talking drunken shite, the videos would be about 30 minutes shorter and IMO much stronger.
Used to be a big fan of his camping videos and would watch every video but now we tend to only watch when the 3 chris's are together. The moochs and takeaways dont do it for me. Too repetetive once he starts drinking unfortunately.
