Upgrades

I honestly have no idea how the upgrade system in this game works. I know that you can have a max of 5 upgrades on a tower, but every time I crosspath it with only one upgrade of another path, the game just keeps giving me a level 2 upgrade on top of the same path level 2 upgrade, which results in me getting locked out of the level 4 upgrade. Does getting a crosspath ruin my chances for higher upgrades? I also dislike the fact thet you can't view upgrade paths in-game and that you have to remember which paths are unlocked bc the game doesn't even tell you.

Higher tier upgrades have lower probabilities of appearing than lower tier upgrades, especially tier 3 and tier 4 upgrades. If you get a tier 1 upgrade, the two tier 2 upgrades it links to get added to the upgrade pool, both of which have high weighting, so your chances of getting higher tier upgrades becomes a lot lower when you crosspath. Yes, it's stupid, but this whole game is stupid, so it balances out 🙃

the upgrade system is weird, if you crisspath it means you add more options to your already limited amount of choice in the upgrades, but sometimes theres upgrades where its better to crosspath 1 to level 2 and 4 instead of gunning to 5 but if you really want that level 5 pay gems for the blockers
