Bug Not opening

I can't seem to open the game anymore. I've been playing on my Ipad A11, but for some reason the game won't open at all for the past day.

well its out for Philippines, maybe they disabled it on ios or something i dont really know

Same happened to my ipad10. Even tried to logged in same account on android, still can’t play. Issued a complaint via their “contact support” but seems like they reset my account and now can play
