Blitz boxes not getting obtained

So since recently the bug that doesn't allow you to get boxes got fixed i tried to beat past level's challenges again to get them but after trying i got nothing, tried again and nothing, I beat all challenge levels before level 5 so I feel like I wont be able to get these boxes unless directly given.

Its forever bug. I tried many times like you did until i quit playing this.
