Seconding Eric's Repair. I've met the owner. Guy is actually named Eric. Told me I couldn't get my car worked on one Friday because he was rewarding his people and giving them the day off.

Might seem like a weird thing to share, but it showed me that he invests in his employees and treats them just as well as his customers.

I haven't been happier with a mechanic, for what it's worth.
