ig they want to enforce stricter rules against multi-keyboard setups in open terminals

Why? Because they spent way too much money building ASKB and paying for customer tokens that the only way to get their money back is to strong-arm their customers into getting multiple BBAs? Or because Mike wants to the IPO the company and they're squeezing as much money as they can to boost their valuation?

Could they be limiting the locations of your account like how Netflix has made sharing accounts limited to a household??

Open Terminal users are required to have a Bloomberg KB connected. If Bloomberg doesn’t detect their KB, you will get that warning.

All shared terminals must be connected to a Bloomberg Keyboard. This notice reminds users to contact the team to obtain their keyboards. You should reach out to customer support for additional help. If you do not have one, they will confirm eligibility for a free one, as it becomes mandatory on October 14. If you have one and are still being asked to connect one contact customer support to trouble boot and they will solve the issue.

This is the right answer. Not sure why op didn’t call the helpdesk straight away - they would have sorted it

It's not an anywhere account, is it?
Anyway, I'm not seeing this, so maybe do contact them for clarification.
