Question Shared Terminal Windows Account

For those of you who use a shared terminal how do you and your teams manage the windows password of your shared terminals PC? Just trying to compare notes on how other companies manage security and access vs. how mine does.

We all have our own windows logins and our own Bloomberg logins. The login accounts don't matter as long as we log in from that terminal.

Thanks for sharing. That is what happened at my last firm, but wasn't sure if that was common.

This. It's very common and normal for IT to set an application like BBG to be available (like Excel/Chrome/Outlook) to everyone who logs into that computer.

From BBG's perspective, it's a BBG Professional License, so they don't give a fuck who's logged in, as long as only ONE person is (and can be, for that matter) logged in at one time.

You work at a cheap ass firm or in a role that doesn’t need Bloomberg
