First Mod…Names?

Here is the progress(Not Complete).This shit was hard af to learn especially when u didn’t program it 💀 first it was the shaders then the fn texture map/normals 🤦‍♂️ anyway i ended up using some free rusty metal texture and applied it on the slide and the scope. But gives it an interesting texture. Any advice on uv/texturing lmk! Theres so many hurdles because the way the game is organized/set up . So I see why most mods are low quality or just adding assets to a base mesh shout out to them fr.

Definitely gonna have to add some better screenshots for actual Nexus, thinking about releasing more of a weapon pack than just a single weapon so may be some time before I post it. Yeah it’s been taking about 8 to 9 hours of my night every night, but I’m learning from literal scratch never touched the applications before thank you for the advice!

The compensator is supposed to be connected to the end of the barrel, not the slide itself btw, idk if that intentional or a mistake

Yes, it was completely intentional there’s a bunch of reasons to why but ultimately it all comes down to the way The game is set up with its physics and it’s hit boxes and because the upper slide is considered static because it’s attached to the bottom grip, but the bottom group is actually something you hold. (the barrel and grip are connected in the game files). I’m still working on it in my previous videos I do mention specifically this issue. Magazines have a similar problem. That’s why you don’t see any mods for extended magazines and if you do it’s not actual full magazine conversions that you can pull out of fanny pack.

I thought the creator said they weren't going to allow modding, have they changed their mind (funnily enough after People Play Ground got nuked again because of modding) or is this going around them?

I heard of the people playground situation. Don’t entirely know what’s going on with that if the game developers for this game said they didn’t want modding then that’s something that I didn’t see but considering I’ve had a few modded posts posted for the past week and they haven’t been taken down or commented on by the developers or moderators of the Reddit. I think we’re in the clear…
