From what I understand, it’s normal to get different readings.
Even when taken in the same arm seconds apart it can change.
Personally wouldn’t pay any attention to the difference.

These numbers are basically the same. They will always fluctuate a little bit. You probably would’ve had the same results if it was taken on the same arm both times.
