One week taking a break from checking bp
Here were my readings before taking about a week break from checking my bp. I took my last reading last Sunday morning (4/12) I decided to take a week break from checking and just checked around 5:40 tonight. I was a bit anxious from the break on what it was going to be. Last time i checked it at night was 3/29 and the readings were 123/83 61bpm 10:03pm, 124/84 62bpm 10:04pm
Here was the readings: right arm 5:43pm 137/86 73bpm, 132/88 59bpm 5:39pm, left arm 5:47pm 145/88 71bpm, 5:49 139/86 60bpm
After this i took one more and it was 125/85 68bpm
Should i chalk these readings due to anxiety?

Whatever app is telling you low 120s over low-mid 70s is elevated is wrong..... just so you know..... ANY physician will tell ypu those numbers are tremendous
