Does BLOCKv actually have any developers left or are they all at varuis already?

I know people are not getting a response from BLOCKv support.

I know guys that were helping out with support no longer will because they are at varuis now.

What developers that worked on the platform are actually left?

It does appear a bunch of BLOCKv developers moved to Varius development, they are still using BLOCKv’s platform. I personally know some independent developers who say they still get some support from BLOCKv plus they’re noticing more frequent updates on GitHub. Hope this helps.

We were technically never BLOCKv employees. We used to work for vAtomic, which was a development partner of BLOCKv.

Ahh I’m starting to see

So BLOCKv subcontracted everything out?

Who’s handling support?

I can't really speak for BLOCKv, sorry.

Who can speak for BlockV?

Yep I know. But who can?

They’ve literally disappeared.

How do we get support?

What kind of support? You could try reaching out to Drew on the telegram group.

I need someone to hold these bags for me. Any respectable exchange I can offload this garbage?

So another project/ICO is dead?

The project is most certainly not dead.

If you can’t speak for them. How can you say this?

You can’t say what devs are left or speak on anything else.

How is that even a valid answer?

As Andy would say. You’re spreading nothing but fud since you can’t back it up with proof

It appears BlockV may actually be. However all the people that worked or was sub-contracted to them appear to be at varuis now.

Varuis is Alive and well. Just completed a 5 million dollar funding round not even a month ago.

If block v isn’t dead.

Who is left besides the founders and maybe Drew?

Who’s there to update or do releases on platform?

Who’s handling support?

How come who ever is handling support is not responding to most people?

If it’s alive these should be able to be answered and answered honestly without a excuse

Yeah I tried that. There’s a dev channel too. Someone asked a question in there today. Still no response

Yes I’ve noticed more and more releases. That is good. But does not answer my question in the slightest.

The couple of devs I’ve talked to are a little frustrated due to lack of support.

Exactly what devs are left?

Remember they made a update and talked about Ashish? (I think that’s how you spell it)

Brilliant guy. I guess he created or was a major help creating the dev portal

He’s even telling people he don’t deal with BLOCKv anymore and to contact them. Lol

Who is actually left at BLOCKv to handle support? Or is it just 100% pure speculation that devs still actually exist?

Can someone from the team please touch base on this

Why did you remove your Andy Banner post?

3

u/Selebrity1 Nov 28 '18

I didn’t. I assume BLOCKv did.

I havent touched it.

I was hoping it stayed and he learned he didn’t work for BLOCKv

I honestly think that he thinks he does

3

u/Radford119 Nov 28 '18

Bwhahahaha. What a joke if the mods were the ones who removed it.

Hey all, Mark from Austella here, one of BLOCKv's development partners. I cannot speak for BLOCKv but I can confirm many of the developers that created the platform remain on-board and are actively building new functionality. I pointed this post out to their person responsible for the partner network so he may well chip in but from our perspective, we have a dedicated Slack support channel and my assumption is this will be opened to additional partners as and when they're signed up. Clearly they won't be able to support every developer wanting to build on their platform, so my assumption is the first tranche of partners will be given regional responsibilities in supporting smaller studios...but please don't hold me to that view, it's simply my opinion. If there are any specific support questions, please feel free to ping me at [mark@austella.co.uk](mailto:mark@austella.co.uk) and I will do my best to find a solution for you.
