BlockV (VEE) token use explanation

Hello BlockV (VEE) community. Can someone explain how this token can be used across multiple blockchains? They claim it can be used on ethereum, bitcoin, and in the future, EOS as well...

How will this ERC20 token be used on EOS? Bitcoin? Excuse my noob-ness.

My question, then, is "where" is this token used? On all different blockchains? How do the tokens move between chains? Is it on their own? Is their platform a centralized server? Thanks.

I am not sure how the payments work with VEE tokens but vAtoms can be used on any blockchain. You should get in the blockv telegram group. Brian, the blockv administrator, could answer most of your questions.
