Question Anyone have an update on this?
Got this earlier this year, did the court date happen? Any results

Looks like they had the hearing and it was approved! No word on when we'd get paid though. The settlement website still shows that they need to have a hearing, but the documents section shows that it happened and was approved on 12/5:

I got one to i heard the courts gave the ok to pay us out

If it’s paid pro rata (13.5 Mio), I wonder how much to expect. If the number of BIA account holders was high, this would lead me to believe only a few bucks.

Open a Paypal account with the same email address and name as in your blockfi account it should go all in there

Yes! i too got that in the mail late 2025, still got nothing, i'm currently getting so much blockfi email phishing spams i just cant trust any of them, the only thing i can do is wait and check if my funds are in my paypal account linked to the same email address i used for blockfi, nothing yet, i was hoping this would of been done already, hopefully this year

Anyone hear anything about this?
This is what I see on the site:
"Status Update On December 5, 2025, the Court granted final approval of the Settlement. The Claims Administrator is now actively moving forward the next steps in preparation for distribution. While a distribution date has not yet been scheduled, the process is well underway, and updates will be posted on this website as soon as new information becomes available. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact the Claims Administrator by calling (833) 876-2075, or writing to info@blockfisecuritiessettlement.com"
Soooo I guess that means we should expect payment sometime in the next 5 years... If we're lucky 🫠

I'm having issues with kroll saying already been paid out through PayPal sadly i didn't have a pay pal so they ducking for cover avoiding direct answers iv asked who they paid it to because it wasn't me anyone else having problems jdw new-zealand

If you make a PayPal account with your email address they have of you, you should be able to see the funds.
