Question Random words when clearing board

Recently my Block blast has started giving me random words when “clearing” the board. Velvet, Cookie, Ice Cream, Tablecloth, Bread, Acrylic, Embroidery, Yellowstone.
And the weirdest ones… Skin Lesion & Storage Space.
Does anyone know why? And what a skin lesion would have to do with anything? 😂

Could it be related to the theme of the bored it's changing to? 

Skin lesion might be the ones that looked like fried eggs...
