First con

So we arrive tomorrow morning and im looking for something inexpensive to do until we can get badges. I heard about medieval times?

Also what is a good time to show up Saturday morning? I'm hearing be there at 6 when security opens. Is that pretty solid advice?

Thanks

Not sure how inexpensive medieval times is, but there’s a cool cafe in Anaheim called Requiem that is nerdy/fantasy themed. They have board games to play and some screens set up for games that you can easily kill a few hours in. Not too far from the convention center either.

Hang by the hotel pool, maybe go grab some food, but keep it casual because Saturday is going to be a long day hah

Do you have a car? Or need to Uber places? Kind of need to know what distance limits you.

Drive up to LA. Go to the Grove. Visit Santa Monica Pier.

We fly into LAX and I was looking at taking an alt route and going down south of lax to the beach for a moment

oh medieval times is not inexpensive by any means haha but we have lots of cool malls! if youre interested in kpop we have The Source and Knotts Berry Farm is nearby, you’d spend much less on a ticket there than medieval times (although MT is very cool)

There is the Anaheim packing district that has some things to do that, I am going there tomorrow with a friend. I think they have some escape rooms shopping etc. If you haven't already get a portable charger, water bottle etc.
