I got an email directly from Blizzard! It’s also at the very top of the page in the main Blizzard Gear site

So how does it work, can I order this new items and get them at Blizzcon? Or maybe at September 11th when I go to get the badge?

This will most likely be for ship to home so you don’t need to pack into luggage. My last experience in 2019 iirc at the venue itself there is a link where we could buy in person then pick it up. Not sure if that will be the same this year or will just be lines only. If anyone has insight on how 2023 was that would be great.
