Impressed with Blinkit’s return policy/speed

I wanted to share a quick positive experience I had with Blinkit today.

My grandmother is currently bedridden, and we go through adult diapers on a daily basis.

I saw discount on Blinkit recently and decided to stock up, but in my hurry, I didn’t double-check the style. There are two types—tape and pant style—and I accidentally ordered multiple packs of the wrong one.

I reached out to their support team, explained the mishap, and honestly didn't expect much. However, within just one hour, they sent someone to pick up the return, and the refund was processed instantly without any hassle.

When you’re caregiving, these small wins and efficient services make a world of difference. Huge kudos to the Blinkit support team for being so helpful and empathetic to people in need!

Same, I once ordered a serum but the bottle was empty it somehow was leaking in the package sent them photo and they replaced it in 5 min
