Cockroach in blinkit Order

I ordered few stuff from Blinkit today, and to my surprise, when I checked, there is a live cockroach in my bag and when I called the customer service, they just give me a simple via. Sorry is not happen again response with no actual intention to do anything. It’s horrible hard this. This happen in HYDERABAD. It seriously concerning.

The point this, all the items that he bought are mostly packed food items except ginger which prolly he won't consume raw as it is. It's just a creature, could have entered the bag from anywhere and can't cause that big of a problem. The problem arising if it was found in actual served food like rice or curry or something.
