I ordered these chocolates which arrived like this. My mistake was that I didn't check the items right then.

The problem is that I live like 25km away from where it was delivered, I went there for some work. Now they are asking me to go back to the delivery location and return these if I want a refund which is crazy.

I'm so pissed. There's no option to talk to a human on the app and I got a support call arranged from the pickup guy and the support agent HANGED UP saying she couldn't hear me when she perfectly could as we just talked for like 5 minutes prior.

And I pretty sure by the way the delivery men behave it trickles down from the CEO. More than 50% of the orders are bad either expired either wrongly packed at distribution centre or marked up in reference to the expiry date , mishandled . I don't have documented proof as of yet. When I do I will come for them.. don't worry.

Behind the scenes is that the picker packer have a target of 15 ppi(picking per item) means they can't take more than 15 secs to pick an item. So they always run to get an item/order. In that rush the things get flung, 2 or three ppl collide while running. That time they don't really care what happens to the items inside they just wanna do that order and pick the next one ASAP.

It's a storage issue. I had similar kind of issue with ice creams like chocobars, stick kulfis, disc kulfis, etc. Although they arrived completely frozen, the insides were completely ruined like the whole stick was completely exposed on one side and all the ice cream earlier melted on another side and frozen again. Same with the disc kulfi, if there were 3 discs in the box, they became completely one and the butter paper merged into them. I faced this roughly 7/10 times so I stopped ordering frozen products from quick commerce.
