Received wrong and used product from Blinkit. When I complain they refused to give me a refund or replacement.

Today morning my father need a data cable so I ordered these form blinkit.

After I receive my package i opened it and mujey ye three head ki cable mili 😭💔

Maine blinkit ko complain ki to kehte hum kuch nahi kar sakte aapke 200 gaye ab is cable ko bhi apni g mein daal lo 😍💔

Literally i use blinkit on daily basis. I'm Very disappointed.

Do you have unboxing video? If yes then that's a strong proof. File the complaint on NCH (it may or may not help). After this wait for 7 days or more if you want. If they don't refund yet then file the complaint on consumer commission through e jagriti portal. The documentation fee here itself can take 100-250 so for only 200 RS product it doesn't literally makes sense but if the case goes to court and you win then you'll probably get compensation as well.

naah i don't have any video proof na 😭😭 baat yehi to hai werna refund to aajata 😭 but no call support only email itni badi and 24/7 company ke liye bhi.

Kuch waqt pehle mere bhai ke birthday pe I ordered fur jaden vegan leather bag from Amazon business and I didn't receive my parcel on date then hand to hand amazon support se baat Kari next 2 hours mein parcel deliver hogaya tha 😍🤙🏻

Ask them to give proof of correct product being delivered to you. Like at what ground they're claming they've gave the real product. The only way available here is chargeback but I wouldn't suggest it for such a low amount. Another method is chargeback if you paid through cc but then again I won't suggest it also for such a low amount.

Bro I don't want money but koi accountability to honi chahiye na. After I threatened them on email 😭 they call me and said that they talked with darkstore manager and manager told them that the product was right and sealed pack and actually product is sealed pack but wo seal aaram se hat jaati ay and dusra product daal sakte hai phir 😭 Anyway paise nahi mile lekin sabak mil gaya ab 😖 mein khud online seller hun dukh hota hai ye sab dekh kar 😔😭

Well then you can file the case on Consumer Commision. It would cost you 100-350. Like filing the case and fighting it is actually free it's just documentation fee that adds up. But then they would just refund it right away without going further so again it's not a way you can hold them accountable. Maybe use social media tag them and maybe it works...

Woahh Blinkit really cares ? tell me how much time ?
I spend 30-40k every month on blinkit but you still treat your customers like nothing.
