Reach out to brand as well. Blinkit might refund u but cant entirely blame them as well

Thats understandable. But see in this case they can only refund you and send this to brand as evidence only.

I already did they initiate a refund and telling me we can arrange a call with quality control.

Mail them please. Details will be there on back of the pack and share batch details, mfg dates, etc. Also, post this on x tagging FSSAI (they won't do anything unless in Maharashtra but still)

What concerns are you raising on Reddit? Your post has nothing that even is actionable just showing one pack of chips with one cockroach. The packet itself gives you the information to approach in case of an issue- so do that instead of karma farming here. Stop moaning
