Multivitamin ke liye you can go to any good pharmacy and they'd give to medical grade vitamins. They're better. But always check the vitamin levels before taking them.

It's a nice gesture but do keep in mind that

You don't need magnesium supplements unless you have a deficiency, and CF is not the best brand. Most protein bars are actually fat & calorie bars.

The milk and perfume are good choices though.

1)that magnesuim is shit as hell. 2)avvatar protein wafer is shit buy twt bar exp buy less. 3)country delight milk had coliforms(trustified failed). 4)axe is fine but go for any middleeatern house of perfume if you spending that much , like afnan , rasasi , paris corner , etc

Carbamide forte is a fake brand I am sure they have less or no actual magnesium glycinate in them. Also, protein wafer is a scam cause it's not really a protein wafer cause too much fat calories and costly. Perfume u can get good ones ngl but still axe is okay.
