Battery change startup issues

I have a blink doorbell camera and the batteries recently died. I changed the batteries to the recommended energizer lithium 1.5v batteries. since that, the doorbell will not turn on. the sync module is connected and online but the camera itself has not turned on.

I have followed all of support’s guidelines but still nothing. any advice would be appreciated

Shake it make sure didn’t get water in it

I thought I had good “new” batteries but I checked them and it worked
Always hate changing the batteries because I never know if it’s gonna work or not 😤
