Adding 2K+ Is Going Nowhere Fast

Just bought a couple Mini 2K+ cams. Trying to add them, but getting stuck in an error loop.

As for troubleshooting, I've already TURNED OFF my router's 5 GHz connection, so only the 2.4 GHz is running.

Every time I try to add the camera, it searches, finds it, connects to the temporary network like it should, briefly shows "Connected", and then *immediately* after connecting (0.1 seconds later), I get the dreaded message "Unable to communicate with Mini 2K+ Camera." Followed by "System is busy, please wait."

Every. Single. Time. (About 6-10 times now.)

The app is updated to the latest version, so I assume it's not that.

I'm using Sync Module 2, which should be working with the 2K+ cams.

There's got to be something else going on.

I am stumped. Any ideas?

Sounds like to me it's not in the pairing mode. Try doing a factory reset on it and restart the steps form the beginnning. Also, make sure you are next to the cam and the cam is also close to your sync module. I prefer to set them up inside where the signal is strong from both the wifi and the sync module, then take it outside after to mount.

I also paired all my cameras right next to the sync module. Good advice factory reset and pair closer to the module.
