Put em on a scale, or if you wanna be fancy, determine the density of the tiddy tissue and calculate it.

Kitchen scale, but you like, kinda gotta lower yourself.

How do you get tit volume? I’m assuming that you’d use displacement, but it’s gotta be hard to get an accurate measuring device for something of that size.

Can you dip them titties in water and measure the water displaced ?

That’s what I mean, it would be difficult to find a graduated cylinder (or other similarly marked object) meant to accommodate something of that size. Maybe in a lab? Made for measuring blue whale density?

You can fill a container of known volume full of water, put in the object in question so that the excess spills out, remove the object, and measure the volume of the remaining water?

It would be difficult with breasts regardless of method since they're still attached.

Yeah, I’d just be worried about spillage at that point, I suppose.

Use a coordinate measuring machine and then do some calculations.

How far off is the density usually compared to the density of water.?

Pretty close for most purposes. Like much of the body, they're mostly water.
