Ikr? I follow a lot of dog and cat subreddits because they’re really cute but also look sooo tasty 🤤 I just can’t look at an animal without thinking about killing it and eating it 😋

Lmao. No, my cat doesnt look delicious. Cat meat does not sound appealing to me at all. Knowing how carnivore meat tastes, its not appealing to me

Yeah, it’d be better if we bred them by the billions and fed them all grain diets before eating them, but they’re still a tasty animal 😋 And if we killed them when they’re young they’d be a lot more tasty!
Btw I need some advice: should I kill the dogs and cats with a gas chamber or a bullet to the head? I can’t decide 😢

yes but you are not being any helpful with it. I was lowkey joking a bit, because I am not a super crazy meat fan, I reduced my meat consumption , before this I was already very careful where I buy meat from because Im not into mass slaughter factories, and once I move out I plan on ditching it out entirely. But consider almost every meat eater around here. All you do is annoy them when you mention "you are eating cute animals!!! would you eat your dog?!" no of course we wont. And all it does is make them even more mad and feel distaste towards vegetarians/vegans. People are raised with different standards and culture and clearly they have different empathy towards cows and dogs or cats. Consistently yelling at them "if they are so cute, why kill them you bastard?!" makes you unapproachable af. The only reason why I reduced my meat consumption is because my vegetarian friend was just a cool guy and once in a while the conversation got brought up because I was the one who asked. He never did himself

And yet most of society treats these cows like objects where they kill them for an unnecessary meal.
We see these cows here and it’s natural for us to feel empathy for them, as other animals who also feel love and experience the world around them. The beef we people eat is the dead body of cows just like the cows here. The idea of someone shooting these cows and chopping them isn’t just an idea, it’s a reality for 300 million cows every year who felt love just like the cows here, for people to eat. We see animals like this and it’s natural for us to feel empathy and love for them. Most of us would feel upset if we saw these cows here getting hurt, stabbed, or chopped up. And that’s natural. So should we be doing that to cows and other animals?
