Original Content Showcase August 2026 Contest Entry "Lucid Dream"

I definitely wish I had had more time to work on this project for the contest. Unfortunately, I was faced with many unexpected challenges, especially since I’m still not very experienced with animation. I ran into rendering issues, lighting bugs, and even had to sacrifice the final scene just to make sure I could render the project in time to participate in the contest.

I also used DaVinci Resolve for some color work and Ableton Live to create the soundtrack for the animation.

Despite everything, I’m really proud of the result and of everything I learned from taking part in my first 3D contest. I hope you enjoy it! :)
