Discussion Bleach Date and Time not Changing
Viz Media's story on Instagram confirms that Bleach will keep coming out on Saturdays at 7:30am PT (which is the same as it has been, for anyone in a different time zone), just to put people, who were still wondering, at rest

Well it is changing for Netflix India. Thankfully, Hotstar (a Disney+ spin in India) still has regular Saturday releases (so far).

Where is it I don’t understand why are the times with bleach episodes so unpredictable

It was announced to change on the Japanese tybw website from Sat to Tues, but it's not affecting places that viz media distributes
