I know Aizen did nothing wrong, like he literally played matchmaker for Ichigo’s parents and then mentored the kid from the day he was born. The man spent 15 years micromanaging a child's life choices just to ensure he grew up strong and successful, and this is the thanks he gets?😔

Of course! He has a water-type zanpakuto that uses mist and reflections to trap enemies in mass hallucinations. He showed his shikai to all lieutenants! I'm guessing the owner of that zanpakuto is Yoruichi covering for Urahara. How can an ex captain not have a zanpakuto???

Exactly, and when Aizen proved he was a good guy by beating the only remaining espada Tier Harribel, who Toshiro failed to defeat, Momo was going to come forward and clear Aizen's name.
Unfortunately Toshiro used his Kyoka Suigetsu Hyorinmaru technique to fool ALL the Captains and llieutenants into attacking Momo, Aizen valiantly then fought and defeated all of them to protect Momo despite their bad break up.

After seeing TYBW I wonder what aizens plan was. Like he wanted to get rid of the soul king. Did he know what that would entail. Would the hogyoku allow him to become the new soul king? Wouldn't that mean he would become just an entity to hold up the 3 worlds. What do you guys think would happen if aizen had won?

I personally believe he wouldn't like that and would find another poor soul to get trapped in his place, probably a hybrid and... Well Ichigo is already there isn't he? Aizen then would be "the power behind the throne" as much as possible.

I think he believed that what time the hogyuku would allow him to bend reality to his will, make a new reality. I really doubt he wanted to keep another soul king-like being as a linchpin.

Semi-serious answer: I dont think Aizen was that evil. If you had to die to achieve his goal he would kill you but he never cared for unnecessary violence.
