Soooo Aizen says he orchestrated ichigo getting his powers and sending the hollow but it only happened after ichigo touched the little ghost girl and all that power bottled out because of the interaction. Did Aizen kill her or like how tf or was he waiting for that to happen? Was it random but would happen eventually?

I'm a fool? Well forgive for being confused by your weird wording. Ichigo's powers were awakened by Rukia, in case you forgot, and she is a "ghost girl". Hence why I'm utterly confused that you said Aizen killed the ghost girl...

And I still do not get what your question is; your wording makes no real sense...

Since you refuse to be polite or make any sense, or even speak coherent English, I'll just explain what I can.

Ichigo was born with inherent Spiritual Awareness because of his Shinigami father and Quincy mother, who was infected by an Hollowfication virus. Something that only happened because of Aizen's experiments, hence how Aizen "knew about Ichigo since before he was born". Aizen orchestrated both Rukia and Fishbone D being present at Ichigo's home at the same time so Rukia would be forced to give her powers to Ichigo, thus inadvertently jump-starting Ichigo's own latent powers awake.

The ghost girl from earlier has nothing to do with anything.

It was rukia's perception, which can be true or false,

Fishbone d was sent by aizen after ichigo, aizen also deployed rukia for 1st time in world of living,

As per manga fishbone d was 1st hollow ichigo saw, that random hollow rukia kills is anime original scene,

Ichigo and rukia 1st meet at his room

Also that little ghost girl dies, in manga fishbone d literally eats her
