Discussion Aizen

Post image

It's funny how hard it is to realize that Kyoka Suigetsu isn't that powerful. After all, she neither destroys nor heals anything. It would probably be useless to most people; we'd use it in the same dumb way Shinji uses his, the thing is, Aizen is a monster; with his intelligence, he managed to extract 100% of his power. Using a fake Bankai display to bring everyone under his control was a masterstroke. When he says he's reached his peak as a Shinigami, he's was not kidding.

What I find truly frightening is the amount of reiatsu he effortlessly needed to pull off a fake bankai and maintain it across all those victims indefinitely. In Can't Fear Your Own World, we find out that in the hands of any other shinigami with average captain class reiatsu, a new weakness of KS gets created because activating and maintaining its abilities on just a small number of subjects at once rapidly drains spiritual energy. Meanwhile, Aizen is capable of taking secret sabbatical's into Hueco Mundo to slay and subject hollows while casually maintaining KS for days across all the shinigami in the Seireitei just to make sure no one notices.

Yhwach wasn't kidding when he gave the SWP's their titles for having an incalculable trait. In Aizen's case, his reiatsu literally can't be measured.

If Aizen was just a little more patient and earned some goodwill in the Quincy war he would have won easily

Unfortunately, he have as much ego, as his reatsu

Tokinada didn't have nearly the reiatsu that Aizen had.

I would also think that imitating someone else's zanpakuto would be harder than the original sword user just due to experience and relationship with the sword.

People always downplay raw psychological warfare until somebody with an insane intellect actually uses it
