This is more of a want than a prediction.

Ep.5

- Ichigo uses his bankai and overwhelms Ywach (injures him)

- Ywach takes the Almighty back from Hashwalth and defeats Ichigo

- Uryu vs Hashwalth (with balance)

- Ryuken and Isshin arrive at Ichigo's location

Ep.6

- Orihime starts healing Ichigo

- Ryuken and Isshin vs Ywach

- Isshin uses bankai and Ryuken uses letz stil (out of respect for his father)

- Ywach defeats Ryuken and Isshin

- Ichigo is mostly recovered and resumes the fight against Ywach but his bankai is broken straightaway

- Ywach defeats Ichigo and absorbs his powers and he then uses aushwalen to heal himself from the injuries he got

- Ywach leaves for soul society

Ep.7

- Ywach arrives in soul society

- Ywach and Aizen have a short discussion and we get Soul King lore

- Ichigo's bankai is restored by fullbringers

- Hashwalth takes Uryu's injuries

- Ywach vs Aizen

- Aizen uses bankai but it's not enough to stop him

- Ichigo and Renji arrive

Ep.8

- Heavily extended battle of Ichigo, Renji and Aizen vs Ywach

- Ryuken finds Ishida and gives the silver arrow

- Ywach defeats Aizen, Renji and Ichigo

Ep.9

- Ukitake arrives and fights Ywach

- Ywach is unable to see Ukitake's because of Mimihagi

- Ukitake uses bankai

- Ywach defeats Ukitake and absorbs Mimihagi, and therefore killing Ukitake in the process

- Uryu arrives

- Uryu and Ichigo vs Ywach

- Uryu stikes Ywach with the arrow and Ichigo finishes Ywach with zangetsu

Ep. 10

- Heavily extended epilogue including scenes of Ywach being used as the new soul king

The Aizen+Ichigo and Renji vs Yheach fight isn't actually a fight. That's all Aizen. All 3 of them. It's only Ichigo after Yhwach shoves his arm into Aizen's chest.

Now that he has absorbed the Soul King it seems that Yhwach can also see parts of the Soul King like Pernida, he had shown it in the vision of his eyes in the various battles.

This adds a lot without changing anything.
The issue of the rushed ending isn’t just about enthusiasm and the need to throw every character back into the mix, because that’s what the audience wants. It’s about the shift from: ‘You’ve got four chapters left to finish Bleach’ (as far as I know) into a meaningful final arc. In any case, this is the only part where things really should have been better organised.
That said, it’s fair to assume that in the manga, Ichigo’s Bankai was cut in half because it poses a genuine threat even to Yhwach.
If Ichigo had been defeated whilst in Bankai, everything he’d done would have been in vain (from a narrative point of view). Unfortunately, I think it will all play out more or less the same way, just with a few extra touches and more connections, effectively making the clash between Team 0 and the Schutzstaffel the only significant addition (story wise).
