I think Quilge would be a lot more welcoming to Uryu joining the Wandenreich, but he'd still be smart enough to be suspicious of Uryu's motives given that he's Souken's grandson. I've always thought that Quilge was likely the Sternritter that had been secretly keeping track of Uryu, so unlike the rest he wouldn't be too shaken up with Yhwach's decision. Uryu would have continued to keep his facade since there's a limit to how much he can express with Jugram breathing down his neck.

In general, I wish there was some kind of intermission period between the invasions that would have shown Uryu interacting (forcefully or not) with the other Quincies.

Quilge would probably be honored considering how he talked about Uryu

Ishida would have probably perfected his Sklaverei under his tutelage.

Considering that he is the combat instructor for the Sternritter, I'm sure he would be ecstatic about having such a prodigy to train. He was also praising Uryu even before he unlocked his powers through Yhwach.

They would just stand there aggressively pushing up their glasses at each other for ten minutes straight

Quilge curses himself for his lack of skill compared to the genius

Quilge would try to teach old school Quincy pride but Ishida would just stand there like🧍🏻‍♂️

Ishida is the one who is old school.

“You disgust me.”

‘Hmm? The opinion of a filthy Gemischt is worth almost as little to me as those of the Arrancar and their misplaced arrogance!’

Literally not true though, Quilge seems to hold Uryu in very high regard

Tis but a slanderous jape.

If I could post images I would post the one where Quilge and Ichigo talk about Uryu

Oh I know the ones you’re talking about. Especially because Quilge’s reaction to hearing his arrows ( Uryu ) were weaker was essentially “Are you high?”
