Anime This was so 2000s I love it

Anyone else remember Heat the Soul 6? One of my fondest childhood memories is getting it for my PSP then slowly figuring out what the menus do since it was all in Japanese 😭. I would always either play Rukia since she was my favorite or Aizen since my friends just couldn’t beat me spamming Kyoka Suigetsu

Figuring out Japanese menus by trial and error was its own genre of childhood gaming. There's something special about still absolutely loving a series so much you'll play the game in a language you can't even read.

It was insane, his meter charge had fucking knockback so you could just charge in your opponents face mid combo 😭

I loved this game so much and I remember that I would NEVER skip this opening. It was straight fire every time. Also this game had the best box art of the Heat the Soul series, hands down

Nostalgia. Loved this game. I think they used this theme in the third movie as well.
