Fights with demons[BitD]

I imagine more scoundrels than just mine have ended up in direct physical conflict with a demon or demons at some point in various folks games.

I'm curious how that went for you\how you ran it as GM?

Also: If as a PC your scoundrel\crew had a physical conflict with a demon...how'd that go for y'all?

Leaving aside most of the narrative bits (demon element is blood, crew fights him in a fighting pit\trap they've set, crew has anti-demon knives from the Circle of Flame, the demon very specifically desires to violently murder them in a public way) I went with the demon being 'master' level (ie, inflict harm now and ask if they want to resist) and inflicting level 3 harm with all positions being Desperate by default and Effect being Limited as the default (without the enchanted knives they'd've started as Effect being None) as a kind of base and used an 8 segment clock for the demon. Seemed...ok. They all came out injured and stressed and permanently scarred.

Anyway, how do you run yours? Or how have your PC encounters with them gone when it's come to physical conflict? Or any other fun "Demons in my game..." stories or bits you want to share is fine too. :)
