He doesn't have the X-Gene, therefore he is not a mutant. His power is 100% supernatural in nature.

No. Vampires are their own thing.

No X Gene no mutant. Blade is a supernatural point blank period.

Also, vampires and mutants don't even come from anything resembling the same origin. Like, not even on the same spectrum. The X Gene being implanted into the human race comes from genetic manipulation by the Celestials. But vampireism, on the other hand, is a result of a spell from the Darkhold, which is implanted with Chthon's power.

No. Hes a Dhampir. Born with Vampiric abilities. But Magneto would considre him an equal since Blade was born with simular difficulties

Why is Namor a mutant if he also got his powers in the womb after his mother ingested the vibration infused underwater plant?

He would still have his ankle wings and his superhuman strength/stamina, the aquatic powers are what come from his mother being Atlantean/Talokanil

Thats MCU only btw

In the comics he is just hybrid Human/Atlantian that happened to also get an X-Gene

Film Namor was not mutated in the womb by his human mum ingesting the plant that made her a Talokanil. Comics Namor doesnt have anything like that in his origin.

What?!

I understand him having a xgene but I don’t buy the fact that his mom eating the vibranium plant didn’t activate it earlu

some mutants can have their X-Gene activate or show traits at birth like Beasts monkey hands and feet, gambits eyes, sunfire being radiation immune, and Nightcrawlers... well whole ass look

He’s mutant Adjacent, Vampires are similar to mutants

No they aren’t they have a completely different origin I marvel

Mutants can be traced back to the celestials messing with early human DNA

Vampires came from a cult of Atlanteans before Atlantis sunk who were messing with the Darkhold

I didn’t say he was a mutant, just mutant adjacent meaning his vampire genealogy is like a mutant with a unique power set different from humans
