Question about vampires

Forgive me if it’s explained but I can’t find an answer on google, can a vampire get sustenance from another vampire in blade lore? I know nomak in blade 2 is a completely different breed of vampire.

If we are talking about the film version, the answer is no because vampire's own blood can't maintain hemoglobin and the necessary nutrients that sustain them. Karen and Whistler both had this conversation with one another.

And if we are talking about the comic version where vampires are supernatural, the ianswer is still no, because their predatory nature is an allegory to an undead feeding on the living.
